Refund Policy
This policy covers digital credits and subscriptions as well as shipping and returns for physical kitchen goods.

Current checkout status: payment provider pending. The terms below apply once card payment is live. No real payment is taken before then.
Digital credits and subscriptions
- Credits are a digital service delivered to your account immediately after purchase. Each generated material matrix draws one credit.
- Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided fewer than three credits have been used. Used credits are non-refundable because the matrix has been delivered.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge for the next period after cancellation.
Shipping for kitchen goods
- Physical kitchen goods are shipped to addresses within the United Kingdom.
- We confirm dispatch by email and provide an estimated delivery window at checkout once payment is live.
- If an item is out of stock, we will tell you and offer a refund or an alternative.
Returns for kitchen goods
- You may return unused kitchen goods in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.
- To start a return, contact us with your order details. We will confirm the return address and next steps.
- Refunds for returned goods are issued to the original payment method once we receive and check the item.
- This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including any applicable cancellation rights.
Faulty items
If a kitchen good arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within a reasonable time and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
