The service
Horwood Home is an online cookware material selection inspiration tool. The Material Studio produces material matrices, storage notes, care checklists and kit ideas based on the preferences you enter. We also offer ordinary kitchen goods such as pans, boards, utensils, bowls and serving pieces.
What the service is not
- It is general home cooking product inspiration, not professional advice.
- It does not provide appliance, gas or electrical guidance, hob compatibility promises, food-safety certification or commercial kitchen compliance.
- You are responsible for following the manufacturer instructions for any product you buy.
Credits and subscription
The studio runs on digital credits or a subscription. One credit generates one material matrix. Subscription accounts may generate unlimited matrices during an active billing period. Credit and subscription terms are set out on the Pricing page and in the Refund Policy.
Payment
Current checkout status: payment provider pending. Card payment is not yet enabled. When our payment provider integration is complete, prices shown on the website apply and payment is taken at checkout. We do not take real payment until that integration is live.
Orders for kitchen goods
Physical kitchen goods are subject to availability and to our shipping and returns terms in the Refund Policy. We will tell you if an item cannot be supplied.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.
Liability
The studio output is inspiration only and is provided without warranty as to specific outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
